Mrs. Ka Xiong

Nyob Zoo Everyone!  My name is Ka Xiong.  This will be my 25th year in the district.  I was raised on the East Side St. Paul and graduated from Johnson High School.  I attended Augsburg College for my undergraduate.  I received my Masters from Hamline University.  Could you believe it? I even attended Farnsworth when I was a little girl.  I am now serving this community to enrich and enhance the future of these scholars. 

I have four children; 3 sons and 1 daughter. I have a dog named Apollo.  I am also a grandmother of 1 grandson and soon a granddaughter.   On my spare time, I love gardening; especially flowers, reading, walking, biking, cooking, baking, designing/sewing and shopping.  This summer, I started playing pickle ball.  I love it so much!  

 I am super excited to be back in the classroom and to teach and witness the growth of these scholars. We will be learning a lot and having fun. We will be using Seesaw as our platform to learn as well.  We will grow to be one strong community.
