Caregiver Pick Up Info

Some notes about caregiver pickup to make this year safe and fun for students all the way to the end of the day.

• Ivy Doors are the ONLY door for pickup. If you come to the front door of the school, we will ask you to go around to the Ivy doors for your children's safety.
• You will get a number assigned to your family, please bring the number every day. If you lose it, let us know and we will reprint one.
• Numbers will be entered first from our left to right, then names of students if no number.
• If you are in your car, hold up your number. Please ensure a staff member acknowledges your number.
• We will not send a child across the street to your car. If you park on the far side of the street, you will need to exit your car to pick up your child.
• Ivy door pickup is from 3:55-4:10. If you arrive after 4:10, you need to buzz into the building from Door 1 in the small parking lot and pick up your child from the office.
• Please remind your child to keep their personal items including food, drink, phones, and toys in their backpack.
• Please remind your child that school behavior expectations remain until they are picked up. Please call the office BEFORE 3:00 if there is a change in pick up routine.
